TAITEEN KEHÄ is a contribution of Satakunta University of Applied Sciences (Kankaanpää Fine Art) and Kankaanpää Art Assosiation and Museum of Kankaanpää to international (Rural Art ) he-A.R.T.-project. The project is focusing on the cultural exploitation of small rural towns and the use of art, cultural heritage and landscape as a source of innovation formation. The main approach of the project is participating local people. One of the Taiteen kehä target is to gather local activities and different groups, seniors, children and young people around art. Means of participation, various types of art related co-development workshops are used. Attention is paid to the identification of various levels and means of participation. Project is funded by Leader Pohjois-Satakunta.
